We are a ‘virtual but real’ Accounts Department offering secure, confidential, professional and cost effective solutions to your business and accounting needs.

We believe we are not just any old accounts department doing bookkeeping, payroll and management accounts but one that really listens to your problems and offers tried and tested, workable solutions that benefit your business.

Virtual?

We do not store your accounting records in your office nor in the cloud where people do not yet truly know how secure their critical business data is, or who might have access to it (authorised or unauthorised!).

We are not part of your organisation and are therefore not influenced by any internal office politics.

You do not have to buy expensive software or licences nor bear the cost of keeping your staff trained and fully up to date with legislation.

We do not work in your office, taking up valuable space that could be better utilised for your primary business and you do not have to worry about staff absences and variable employment costs.

but Real?

We keep your records secure onsite in our offices using our own paperless storage system as well as maintaining regular daily offsite back ups.

We are real people you can get to know and trust to keep your accounts confidential, not just a voice at the end of a long distance telephone call.

We think for ourselves, we make our own decisions and we design and implement our own systems and procedures that work alongside the latest versions of Sage software to ensure we do your work as quickly as possible to provide you with professional reports and accounts.

We work with you and put your needs and interests before our own to agree a fixed cost effective monthly fee that covers the solutions you have chosen. We will review that after the first six months then agree a annual contract.
